You’ll find that the process of withdrawing your winnings at Platinum Play has been made as simple as possible through a collection of trusted banking options. There is no need for you to withdraw your winnings at the end of each session. If your online casino account has a positive balance, it will be saved in the system automatically and then made available when you next log in to play at Platinum Play.

How to select your preferred payment method

You can set up the online payment method of your choice.

While we try our utmost to pay your withdrawals using the payment option you prefer, we do reserve the right to pay your winnings out with the most viable option which is many cases is by check/cheque.

Please Note:

If you choose to withdraw you will usually be paid out in the following manner:

• The portion of the withdrawal that is less than or equal to your original purchase amount will always be refunded to the purchase mechanism that was originally used.
• Once this has been done, the surplus balance that is owed to you will be paid out in the payment option that you have specified.
• If, in the future, you choose to use deposit options that grant instant gratification for your deposits, like InstaDebit, your withdrawals will be subject to an eight (8) day pending period. This means that the casino is only able to process your withdrawals eight (8) days after you have made your deposit with one of these methods.
• Due to country-specific restrictions and regulations with methods such as VISA and MasterCard, we might be unable to process withdrawal attempts with these cards.

We will always do our utmost to make sure that withdrawals are paid out in the shortest amount of time possible but there are sometimes factors that are beyond our control (this can sometimes be in the form of limitations imposed by financial and/or banking institutions) and this can result in withdrawals taking longer to reach your account than anticipated. How to withdraw

Once you have selected your preferred payment option as per the instructions above, you can request a withdrawal

1. Open the casino.
2. Click the 'Connect' button.
3. Click the 'Bank' button.
4. Click the 'Withdrawal' tab.
5. Complete the withdrawal process by entering the amount that you want to withdraw.

Please Note:

Every withdrawal you make will be on hold for 24 hours, giving you the chance to continue playing by reversing your withdrawal back into your casino account.

Requested withdrawals are initiated between 09h00 GMT on Friday mornings and 06h00 GMT on Monday mornings and will remain in your account for reversal until after 06h00 GMT Monday morning.

How to reverse a withdrawal

If you decide that you would like to continue playing after you have requested a withdrawal, you will be able to reverse it and continue playing with your credits.

To reverse a withdrawal you need to:

1. Open the casino.
2. Click the 'Connect' button.
3. Click the 'Bank' button.
4. Click on the 'Reverse Withdrawal' tab on the left hand side of the screen.
5. You will now see the sum of all of your pending withdrawals displayed on the screen.
6. You can enter the amount you want to withdraw or you can reverse the entire withdrawal amount.
7. Your casino account will now automatically reflect your updated balance.
